EyeWatch LIVE™ Virtual Nurse Monitoring for Senior Living Communities

The ONLY Live Virtual Nurse remote monitoring system that blends artificial intelligence with human intelligence to prevent overnight falls.

EyeWatch-01

Offer families the reassurance of overnight live nurse monitoring at a lower cost than private-duty nursing and higher levels of care such as skilled nursing facilities.

EyeWatch LIVE™ provides functionality and peace-of-mind other monitoring systems can only dream of. Unlike other virtual nurse monitoring systems that rely solely on artificial intelligence (AI) that detects falls AFTER they occur, the EyeWatch LIVE™ Virtual Nurse can identify unwanted activity before the worst happens.

With EyeWatch LIVE™, when motion is detected during sleeping hours, our on-duty licensed nurse supervised monitoring agents are notified. Our monitoring agents will then determine if the resident is attempting to get out of bed. If so, our monitoring agents will virtually speak to the resident letting them know onsite care staff are on their way to provide assistance. Our system & monitoring agents will also be notifying the onsite care staff in real time that a fall or other unwanted activity is about to occur.

The EyeWatch LIVE™ Solution

How it Works

Our system works with your onsite care teams to provide the best resident care.

    Installation

An EyeWatch LIVE™ camera is installed in a resident’s room to provide live monitoring during the overnight hours when fall risk is the greatest. EyeWatch LIVE™ is the result of decades of 24/7/365 virtual security monitoring, two-way audio and installation.

    Detection

Using advanced motion detection technology, the camera—which is connected to an EyeWatch LIVE™ Monitoring Center with a Live Virtual Nurse—detects unwanted activity within a preset “safety zone” around the resident’s bed. The Live Virtual Nurse can then report the activity in real time to the onsite community care staff through various forms of communication such as text message, phone call, and technology communication platforms.

    Notification

While the on-site caregiver is on the way to the room, the Live Virtual Nurse can communicate with the resident and help discourage them from trying to get out of bed.
