Service Types

Intervene 12 is for High-Risk residents where they receive extra close monitoring; staff will be notified immediately of any activities that put them at a high risk for injury, fall, elopement and a like.

Detect 12 is for Low-Risk residents where staffs are notified when a fall or critical incident occurs

Inactive is for non-opted in residents and / or vacant rooms
